St. John’s wanted man arrested after police get call for help

St. John’s, N.L. — The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary arrested a man after they were called to a home in St. John’s city centre Saturday afternoon about 2:45.

At the residence patrol officers recognized one of the individuals as being wanted.

A records check on the 24-year-old man revealed that he had three outstanding warrants for his arrest.

He was taken to the St. John’s Lock-Up where he was held for a court appearance Sunday morning.
