Telegram reporter Tara Bradbury is at a Royal Newfoundland Constabulary news conference concerning the homicide on Craigmillar Ave in St. John’s Sunday morning. 

Victim James Cody died of gunshot wounds, confirms RNC Superintendent Tom Warren, who says suspects have been identified, but that no arrests have been made.

"The investigation is fluid,” he says.
