The bill of indictment lists six charges.

The other five charges allege offences against the second victim that occurred in July 1982.

The charges include indecent assault; buggery; gross indecency; that he did with the intent to aggrieve or annoy, administer, or cause to be administered, a noxious thing; and that he did with intent to enable or assist himself or another person to commit an indictable officer, administer, or cause to be administered, a stupefying or overpowering drug.

Penney-Flynn will go on trial on the charges from Nov. 12-15.
