CONCEPTION BAY SOUTH, N.L. — Two men will appear before a provincial court judge today after being arrested in a traffic safety stop in Conception Bay South early Sunday evening.
Around 5:30 p.m., Royal Newfoundland Constabulary officers found that the 50-year-old driver had a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit and charged him with impaired driving, in addition to breaches of court orders.
His license was also suspended and the vehicle impounded.
His passenger, a 36-year-old male, was arrested for breaching a court order to stay away from the driver.
