St. John’s, N.L. — A 22-year-old man had his vehicle seized after he was pulled over by the RNC in the centre city area of St. John’ shortly after 11:30 p.m. Wednesday.

The driver was determined to be operating a vehicle without insurance and the vehicle ownership had not been transferred. 

The vehicle was impounded and the driver was issued two summary offence tickets.  

Meanwhile, around the same time, a traffic safety stop on a vehicle in C.BS.  resulted in a 64-year-old man being issued a seven-day suspension under the Highway Traffic act.  The man’s vehicle was also impounded for seven days.
