White powder, drug paraphernalia seized during search of Grand Falls-Windsor residence

GRAND FALLS-WINDSOR, N.L.

A police search of a residence in Grand Falls-Windsor Wednesday evening, Oct. 31, turned up an unknown white powder and drug paraphernalia.

According to a RCMP release, the substance will be sent to Health Canada’s Drug Analysis Service to determine what it is and if it falls under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

No arrests or charges have been and the investigation is ongoing.

RCMP Police Dog Services assisted in the execution of the search warrant.
