BAY ROBERTS, NL – A 54-year-old man from Makinsons has been charged with allegedly committing an indecent act.
The incident occurred at a fast food restaurant in Bay Roberts at around 3 a.m. on Sunday, April 15, according to an RCMP news release.
By the time police arrived, the suspect was gone. Police found and arrested the man a short time later, however.
The man has also been charged with impaired driving and impaired operation of a motor vehicle while over the legal limit. His vehicle was impounded.
He appeared in court later the same day and was released on conditions. He will be back in court at a later date.
