Man arrested for assault, weapon, after domestic racket in St. John’s

St. John’s, N.L. — A Saturday night racket in a home in the centre of St. John’s resulted in the arrest of a 35-year-old man around 11 p.m.
The RNC was called to the scene where, as a result of a short police investigation, the man was arrested.
He was charged with assault with a weapon, malicious damage to property and breach of court order.
The victim received minor injuries.
The accused was conveyed to the lockup and held for court in this (Sunday) morning.
