St. John’s, N.L. — The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary arrested a man in the area of Portugal Cove Road and Higgins Line Saturday night after reports that a man was throwing beer bottles at a vehicle on the road.

Police responded around 10 p.m, and located the suspect in the area a short time later.

He was released to appear in court at a later date.

He is charged with mischief and breaching his undertaking.
