Man charged with drunk driving in Mount Pearl

Mount Pearl, N.L. — Shortly before midnight Saturday the RNC responded to the area of Commonwealth Avenue in Mount Pearl after someone reported a possible impaired driver. As a result, a 35-year-old man was charged with impaired driving by alcohol and failure or refusal to comply with a breath demand.
He was released for court at a later date.
