Mount Pearl, N.L. — A 44-year-old man will be in court this morning after police were called to an incident in Mount Pearl just after midnight today (Friday).

At 12:02 a.m. the RNC responded to a call of an assault at a residence in Mount Pearl. A man was charged with break and enter, theft, and assault. He was held for court this morning.
