St. John’s, N.L. — The RNC stopped a vehicle just before 7:30 Friday evening in the east end of St. John’s after a report of a possible impaired driver

A 69-year-old man was charged with impaired driving and refusal of the Breathalyzer. The vehicle was impounded. The driver was released on documents to appear in court at a later date.
