Studded tire users in Newfoundland and Labrador have a couple more days to get them removed.
ServiceNL issued has issued an advisory reminding residents of the province tires with studs in them must be removed from vehicles by the end of this month, Monday, April 30.
That is unless ServiceNL Minister Sherry Gambin-Walsh decides between now and then they should be kept on a little while longer.
The ServiceNL minister has the discretion to extend the deadline if it might be wise to do so because of inclement weather, the advisory noted.
