Police in Labrador City are seeking the public’s help in identifying the man involved in Saturday’s armed robbery of Lake Side Convenience on Maple Crescent.

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) Labrador West Division responded to the armed robbery at around 9 p.m.

Police said witnesses reported a lone male entered the store with his face concealed, armed with an undisclosed weapon, and demanded cash. The man fled the area prior to police arrival with an undisclosed amount of cash.

There were no injuries.

The man is described as 5’8”-5’9” with a deep voice.

At the time of the offence, he was wearing a black mask, dark plaid jacket, and black gloves.
