CORNER BROOK, N.L. — Tuesday was Day 2 of the trial of former Royal Newfoundland Constabulary officer Sean Kelly in provincial court in Corner Brook.
The morning session was taken up with testimony and submissions in a voir dire on the admissibility of certain evidence.
Kelly is charged with making indecent phone calls to a woman in September and October of 2012.
Judge Kymil Howe is to render her decision on the voir dire issue, which is subject to a publication ban, Wednesday.
