CARBONEAR, N.L. — Update:
The Harbour Grace RCMP sen out a release on Nov. 20 that David Parsons has been found and is now in police custody

Harbour Grace RCMP is the public’s assistance in locating 34-year-old David Parsons of Freshwater, Carbonear.
Parsons is wanted in regards to multiple outstanding warrants of arrest for assault, two counts of mischief, failure to comply with an undertaking, uttering threats and failure to attend court.
According to RCMP, they have been looking for Parsons since mid-July and have been unsuccessful in locating him.
Parsons has brown hair, blue eyes and is approximately five feet, five inches tall and weighs 163 lbs.
