SPRINGDALE, N.L. — A 59-year-old man was arrested and charged for an alleged altercation at the Tim Hortons in Springdale on Sunday morning.
Police were called to the reported disturbance where the man, from Springdale, allegedly assaulted an employee before entering the business where he continued yelling and screaming. He was arrested at a residence a short time later.
He has been charged with assault, uttering threats and causing a disturbance.
He was released from custody and will appear in Grand Falls-Windsor provincial court in February 2020.
