Offered May 23, May 30 and June 6 from 7-8:30 p.m. at St. John’s College Chapel, Memorial University, Prince Philip Drive (enter via west side door of university building behind chapel). The first Tuesday introduces concepts that are used on the second Tuesday, so we recommend attending both evenings. ‘Be More Chill’ – the Broadway Musical
Based on a novel by Ned Vizzini, with a whip-smart and fresh book by Joe Tracz and an infectious ear worm of a pop rock score by Joe Iconis, “Be More Chill” combines today and retro sci-fi to take on the voices in our heads, and ask what we would do, and what the cost would be, to get everything we’ve ever wanted. Show runs May 23-26 at the LSPU Hall. Tickets available online at http://lspuhall.ca/event/be-more-chill/.

CLUE: On Stage
From the people who brought you “Noises Off” and “The 39 Steps…,” Nothing On Productions is proud to present our latest and most exciting production – “CLUE: On Stage,” adapted from the screenplay by Jonathan Lynn. It runs at the LSPU Hall Thursday, June 13 to Sunday, June 16 at 8 p.m. “Clue: On Stage” is a play based on the classic board game Clue – but more directly, it is based on the 1985 comedy movie version of Clue that has become a TV staple over the years and has developed a cult following. While the play is based on the movie version, the set design pays homage to the original game board design. Just seeing the set is worth the price of admission! Directed by Janet O’Reilly and featuring many well-known names from our local theatre community, including: Phil Goodridge, Nichole Woodman, Maddy Mant, Jill Kennedy, Chris Panting, Michelle Lambert, George Robertson, Zac Hutton, Carrie Furey and Justin Peddle. It is a comedic whodunit not to be missed. For tickets, visit lspuhall.ca or call 753-4531.
