The Bay St. George RCMP has located Timothy Collins.

Collins, 38, was reported missing on Thursday afternoon and at the time police said they were concerned for the Stephenville man's safety and well-being.

The RCMP issued another news release later in the night to say Collins had been safely located.

The Bay St. George RCMP is concerned for the safety and well-being of a Stephenville man who was reported missing on Thursday.

Timothy Collins, 38, was last seen around 1:45 a.m. Thursday in the area of West Street and Silver Crescent in the town.

He is described as Caucasian with brown hair and brown eyes. Collins is about five feet, four-inches tall and weighs around 130 pounds.

He was last seen wearing dark blue jeans with button pockets on the back, a dark blue ball cap, a camo buff and a dark blue jacket.
