Rescued Corner Brook snowmobiler dies in hospital

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has confirmed the man rescued Monday following a three-day search has died.

The 68-year-old man from Corner Brook was one of two men to go missing after separating from a group snowmobiling between Jackson's Arm and Harbour Deep on Friday.

The other man, a 64-year-old from Mount Pearl, was located on Sunday afternoon and flown to Western Memorial Regional Hospital as a precaution.
