HAPPY VALLEY-GOOSE BAY, N.L.
A 35-year-old Rose Blanche woman will appear in court on March 4 to face charges of operating a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol.
The woman was pulled over by Labrador Traffic Services in Happy Valley-Goose Bay at approximately 9:45 p.m. on Dec. 30, according to a RCMP news release.
After showing signs of impairment by alcohol, breath samples were obtained that revealed she was over the legal limit, the release stated.
The woman was arrested and later released. Her driver's licence was suspended and her vehicle was impounded for 30 days.
