ST. JOHN'S — The Telegram’s Ashley Fitzpatrick caught an exchange between former St. John’s mayor and PUB board member Andy Wells and Independent MHA Paul Lane outside the Public Utilities Board offices on Torbay Road in St. John’s this morning during a small protest against a 16 per cent increase to NL Hydro’s rates.
It’s short, has some colourful language, and is quickly going viral.
