Woman arrested after disturbance in St. John’s home

St. John’s, N.L. —A 19 year-old woman was arrested after the RNC responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the West end of St. John’s Friday afternoon.

The suspect was charged with resisting arrest, obstruction and two counts of assaulting a peace officer. One officer received non-life threating injuries.

The woman was held in custody to appear before a judge.
