A motor-vehicle/pedestrian collision in St. John’s sent a woman to hospital Friday night.
The collision happened just before 10 p.m. on Harbour Drive near Clift’s-Baird’s Cove on wet, snowy roads.
Passersby and the vehicle's driver tended to the victim until she was taken to hospital with injuries that did not appear serious.
The driver of the SUV that struck the woman was interviewed by police.
