FRENCH Abraham Lionel Passed away at Chancellor Park on Saturday, December 7, 2019, in the presence of his loving family, Abraham Lionel French, at age 77. Predeceased by his parents Jacob & Florence; father and mother-in-law Samuel & Florence Wiseman; sisters-in-law: Hetti, Irene, and Ann; and brother-in-law Ern. Left with fond and loving memory his loving wife Hannah of 54 years; son Derek (Tess); daughter Denise; granddaughters: Vicky, Avery, and Sarah; step-grandson Chad; brothers: Everett (Mabel), Wesley (Sue),and Gerald (Pauline); sister Shirley; brothers-in-law: Richard (Nita), Gavrock (Gwen), Wilfred (Wilhelmina), Clayton (Violet), Ralph, and Winston; also a large circle of family and friends. Special thank you to the staff of 3rd floor Chancellor Park. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl on Sunday, December 8th, from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 7:00pm-9:00pm; and on Monday, December 9th, from 2:00pm-9:00pm. Funeral service to be held at Church of the Ascension, Smallwood Drive, Mount Pearl on Tuesday, December 10th, 2019 at 2:00pm. Interment to follow at The Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road.
