POWER Alban Joseph May 21, 1929 – April 17, 2019 Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Wednesday, April 17, 2019, aged 89 years. Predeceased by his wife Gladys; parents Dennis and Elizabeth of North Harbour; brothers John, Leo, Joey and Paddy; sisters Carmel and Agnes; grandson Lance; stepdaughter Patsy. Leaving to mourn sister Lucy; stepchildren Gary (Sharon), Marg (Harry), Pam (Jim), Gail (Billy), Jean, Carol, Gladys (Gerry), Barb (Kevin) and a large circle of extended family and friends. Special thanks to family physician Dr. Roy Lilly for all his special care over the years and thanks to Drs, nurses and staff at St. Clare’s Hospital. Cremation has taken place. No visitation by request. Funeral service will take place on Friday, April 19, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. from Caul’s Chapel. No flowers by request or a donation may be made in his memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
