Arthur Cyril Motty

Passed peacefully away at the Salvation Army Glenbrook Lodge on Sunday, November 18, 2018, A. Cyril Motty, age 86 years. Predeceased by his parents, William Roger and Ethel (nee Barnes) Motty; and his brother, Hubert (Florence). Leaving to mourn, his loving wife of 57 years, Marina (nee Crews); sons: Aubrey (Sharon) and Harold (Kelly); daughters: Nedena Motty and Lorena Finn (Jeff); grandchildren: Aubrey, Joshua, Brianna, Evan, Stephanie, Candis, Bradley, Amanda, Thomas, Paula and Tara; great-grandchildren: Kurtis, Myalee, Mason and Charley Kihn, Sage, Mitchell and Jessica; great-great-grandson Brody; brother, Edward (Hazel); as well as many nieces, nephews, friends and close relations. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, on Tuesday, November 20, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service will take place from Barrett’s Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at 2:00pm with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road. As expressions of sympathy, donations in Cyril’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
