LINDSTROM Audrey Lorna July 9, 1932 – July 12, 2020 Passed away after a short illness, Audrey Lorna Lindstrom (nee Benson), on Sunday, July 12, 2020 at the age of 88 years. Audrey was predeceased by her parents: Sandy and Millie (Horwood); granddaughter Sarah Antle; brothers: George, Cecil and Donald; sisters: Mary, Beulah (Egbert) Walters, Olive (Hedley) Drover and Dorothy Atkins; son-in-law Gary Spurrell; brothers-in-law: Ernest Tibbs and Eric Lindstrom. Leaving to mourn with a life time of memories are her husband: Robert (Bob) of 67 years; children: Dallas (Corbett) Anderson; Cindy (Al) Meaney-Antle, and Sandra (Spurrell) (Ernest) Comerford; granddaughters: Leah Antle, Quinn (Paul) Kidney, and Margot Antle; brothers: Tom (Shirley) Benson and Rev. Gerald (Ruth) Benson; sisters-in-law: Pearl Benson, Daphne Benson, Ethel Tibbs and Ruby Lindstrom; brother-in-law Ches Atkins; Heather Comerford; as well as a large circle of nephews, nieces and friends. Thank you to the staff of Woodford’s Comfort Manor and Dr. Paul Walsh. We so appreciated all the care and support you have given and continue to give. Also, a thank you to the staff of 4 South A of the Health Sciences Centre. At Audrey’s request cremation had taken place. A private family burial will be held at a later date. Donations in Audrey’s memory may be made to the Salvation Army Temple Corps, or to the Newfoundland and Labrador CNIB.
