RICE Barbara Passed peacefully away at the P.C.U. L.A. Miller Center on Friday, July 12, 2019. Barbara Rice age 74 years. Predeceased by her husband Alvin; daughter Kimberly and grandson Jared. Leaving to mourn her children: Rhonda, Diane (Ernest) Toope and George (Jill); Kay Penney who was like a daughter; grandchildren: Andrew, Dylan and Daniel Toope, Jesse and Jaxon, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. At Barbara’s request cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Barrett’s Funeral Home 73 Commonwealth Ave., Mt. Pearl on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Interment to follow at a later date.
