Bertha Elizabeth Purchase (Forsey)

Passed peacefully away at The Glenbrook Lodge on Wednesday, March 7, 2018, Bertha Elizabeth Purchase, at age 79. Predeceased by baby Danny, and her parents: Bert and Laura Forsey. Left with fond and loving memories her son Howard (Marjorie), and daughter Lauralyn (Mark); three precious grandchildren: Brad, Stephanie, and Alexander; brothers: Howard Forsey (Alice), and Lloyd Forsey (Margaret); and sisters: Marie Dodge, and Jane Baker (Phil). Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl, on Thursday, March 8th, from 10 am - 4 pm. Funeral service to follow at Barrett’s Chapel at 4:30 pm. Interment to take place at The United Church Cemetery, Fortune, NL on Friday at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
