Byron Nelson Bursey

Retired Educator. Passed peacefully away after a short illness, Byron Nelson Bursey aged 97 years. Predeceased by his parents, brothers and sisters and son Rev. John Bursey (2005). Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his beloved wife and best friend of 69 years Ruth (nee Ford), two daughters Mary and Anne, 3 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Saturday, April 13th from 2-4 P.M. and Sunday, April 14th from 2-4 P.M. Funeral service to take place at Barrett’s Memorial Chapel on Monday, April 15th, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
