Passed peacefully away at North Pond Manor after a lengthy illness, Catherine Picco aged 71 years. Predeceased by her parents Patrick and Josephine (nee Ryan) Mahon, her brothers John and Gordon. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her devoted husband of 48 years John; daughters Lori Park (Terry), Lisa Squires (Ken) and Crista Jornitz (Chris); 6 grandchildren: Justin, Nicholas, Kyle, Kaitlyn, Chloe & Courtney; 3 great-grandchildren: T.J., Oliver and Kinsley; sisters: Eleanor Carew (Joe), Jeannette Shea (Chris), Geraldine Murray (Tom) and Mary Noseworthy (Paul); brothers: Paul, David, Kevin and Larry; her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including her very special friend Bill Walsh and her friends at North Pond Manor, Torbay. Many thanks and heartfelt appreciation for the compassionate care shown by the management and staff of North Pond Manor. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, Torbay with visitation on Thursday from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. – 12 noon. Funeral Mass to take place on Saturday, January 26th, 2019 at 10 a.m. from St. Michael’s Church, Flatrock. Flowers gratefully accepted.
