MOORES Charles Edward June 9, 1917 – July 19, 2019 Passed peacefully away at Meadow Creek Retirement Centre on Friday, July 19, 2019, surrounded by his loving family, at the age of 102. Predeceased by his parents: John & Phoebe Moores; wife Elizabeth; brothers: Johnnie (Edith), Walt (Jessie), George (Effie), and Roy (Carrie). Leaving to mourn his children: Carol (Cliff), Ed (Sharene), and Keith (Jo-Anne); grandchildren: Greg (Kristie), Nicole (Gerard), Jason (Jacqueline), Kimberley, Nathan (Megan), Kathlyn (Sam), and Adam (Andrea); great-grandchildren: Mason, Mila, and Leila; long time close family member Marilyn Holloway; his family at Meadow Creek Retirement Centre; and a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl, on Monday, July 22nd, from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Barrett’s Chapel on Tuesday, July 23rd, at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Mt.
