Charles Gary Eavis

EAVIS Charles “Gary” Passed away suddenly but peacefully on Wednesday, December 4th, 2019 at the Health Sciences Centre, Charles Gary Eavis age 67. Predeceased by his mom and dad Alfred and Ida Eavis, sister Joan King, mother and father-in-law Joyce and Stirling Kelloway. Left with broken hearts his wife and high school sweetheart Pam (nee Kelloway); his son Grant, daughter Keira (Tom Moyle) and his constant companion GraySea, sister Wanda (Rick Young), mother-in-law Shirley Kelloway, sisters-in-law: Lisa Sharpe (Dean), Wanda Shave (Randy); brothers-in-law Keith Kelloway (Kathee Reardigan), Richard Kelloway (Annette) and his life time buddy George Bursey(Shirley), as well as his many friends at Holyrood Marina. Throughout his lifetime Gary formed many wonderful friendships through the Masons, the Shriners, Holyrood Marina and the Holyrood Marina Park Corporation. His boat “Restless I” was his passion and brought him constant joy. Much heartfelt gratitude to the nurses and Doctors of CCU HSC for their exceptional care during his stay. In lieu of flowers donations in Gary’s memory may be made to the Shriners Children’s Travel Fund. Visitations will take place on Saturday, December 7th and Sunday, December 8th from 2pm-4pm and 7pm-9pm from Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue.
