Cindy Lee Gear — BELL ISLAND

GEAR Cindy Lee (nee Strome) November 23, 1961 - June 21, 2019 Passed away at her residence on Bell Island, NL, aged 57 years. Predeceased by her father Earle Strome and mother Audrey Forbes. Left to cherish her memory are stepfather Len Forbes; brother Gord Strome (Diane); sister Wendy Goodall (Greg); her three beloved children Johnny (Amanda), Tanya (Brad), Shane (Nicole), and their father John Gear, along with her eight precious grandchildren Haley, Noah, Kameron, Alexis, Ava, Leigha, Allie and Willow. Also left to mourn are a large circle of family and friends, including special friends Dolores Bickford and Billy Dwyer. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will take place at Jackson Memorial United Church on Bell Island, NL at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Cindy's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada. "A mother holds her children's hands for a while, their hearts forever".
