ELLIOTT, P. ENG.(RETIRED) Cyril Raymond Passed peacefully at home on the morning of July 10th at the age of 92. Cy enjoyed a long career as a consulting engineer in St. John’s, and was a long-time member and past-president of the Northwest Rotary Club of St. John’s. Predeceased by his son Mark, wife Margaret, and brother Eric. Leaving to mourn, with wonderful memories, sister Phyllis (Robert – deceased); brother Frederick (Jean); children Faye (Alex – deceased), David (Heather) and Doug (Sandra); grandchildren William (Danielle), Emily, Elizabeth and Laura; great-granddaughter Addison; close friend and companion Yvonne MacPherson (John – deceased); and a large circle of friends and associates. Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Life will be arranged at a future date. In his memory, donations may be made to the SPCA or to the charity of one’s choice.
