David Edward Roach

David Edward Roach aged 84 years of Coley’s Point, passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, January 22, 2019. Predeceased by his wife Marjorie (nee Tucker); parents William and Ethel (nee Snow) Roach; brother Herbert (Marie), baby sister Sylvia and baby brother Eric. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories and to celebrate his life with thanksgiving are sons Brad (Rhonda) and Steven (Charlene); granddaughter Allana. Also lovingly remembered by a large number of nephews, nieces, and other relatives and friends. Resting at Moores Funeral Home Bay Roberts on Wednesday from 7-9 pm and Thursday from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. A service of celebration and thanksgiving for his life will be held on Friday, January 25, 2019 at 2 pm from St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, Coley’s Point with interment to follow. A reception will follow the service at St. John the Evangelist Church Hall on Coley’s Point from 3-5 pm. As an expression of sympathy, donations gratefully accepted in David’s memory to St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, Coley’s Point.
