Dorothy Jean Petten

PETTEN Dorothy Jean Nov. 18, 1931 – Oct. 17, 2019 Passed peacefully away surrounded by her family at the Health Sciences Centre on October 17th, 2019, age 87 years of Kelligrews. She is predeceased by her husband Henry Petten (2007); her parents Nathaniel & Doris Petten; her son-in-law Reginald Warford; grandson Paul Greeley; her mother and father-in-law Jessie and Henry Petten Sr; her sister and brother-in-law Goldie and Reg Tilley and other family members of the Petten Family. Leaving to mourn her children, Paulette, Darlene (John), Debbie (Neil), Barry (Linda), Heather (Graham), Sonia (Barry). Her grandchildren, Corrine, Tanya, Randi, Chad, Crystal, Kim, Jacob, Amanda, Adell, Scott, Keisha, Mitchell and Megan. Plus fourteen great-grandchildren. Also leaving to mourn her brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends and her fur baby of 19 years Chum. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Monday from 7 pm – 9 pm, Tuesday from 2 pm – 4 pm & 7 pm – 9 pm. Funeral service will take place from All Saints Anglican Church, Foxtrap on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 11 am. Interment in the Anglican Cemetery, Dunn’s Hill Road, Foxtrap. Flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in mom’s memory may be made to a charity of one choice.
