Douglas Eric Ralph

It is with great sadness that the family of Douglas Eric Ralph announce his passing on Friday, May 4, 2018, age 70 years, at the Health Sciences Centre in St. John's. Predeceased by his parents Eric (1992) and Isabel (2001). Doug will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 48 years, Rosalie; children Kristina (Ches) Stevenson, Craig, Susan (Perry) Stevenson and grandchildren Daniel, Carly, Sadie, and Samantha; brothers Gerry (Janice), Bob (Barb), Ron (Linda), Eric (Susan) and sisters Barbara (Mac) Mosdell, Linda Mosdell, Joan (Kevin) Lambe, Janet Grouchy; sisters-in-law Judy (Jim) Frizzell, Pamela Hiscock, Beverly Hiscock (Jean-Guy Bergeron), Linda (Brian) Goldsworthy and brothers-in-law Paul Hiscock, Philip Hiscock (Cathie Horan), Leslie (Heli) Hiscock. Doug will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews, his 'Friday buddy' Larry Ledrew and by a large circle of extended family and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue with visitations on Sunday, May 6, 2018 from 7pm-9pm and Monday, May 7 from 10am-12pm, 2pm-4pm & 7pm-9pm. Funeral service to be held from St. Paul's Anglican Church, Goulds on Tuesday, May 8 at 2pm. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road. As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in Doug's memory may be made to the ALS Society of Newfoundland and Labrador or a charity of one's choice.
