Edward "Ted" Trenchard

IN MEMORIAM TRENCHARD In loving memory of Edward "Ted" Graced this world on Sunday, July 12th, 1953 Passed away Sunday, April 26th, 2020 He had a massive heart attack while out jogging. This year his birthday is also on a Sunday. He taught special education at Ascension Collegiate in Bay Roberts for 34 years, he moulded young lives for a wonderful future, and he was well liked. Ted was born in Toronto, grew up in Scarborough, Ontario. He was forever laughing or smiling, and always getting into mischief. Sometimes his impish ways got the better of him, like when on his first plane trip to Newfoundland, his fixation with the seat button sent his food tray that included tomato juice all over his white shirt, it made for a memorable moment! Ted had a knack for making an entrance, found a way to squeeze himself into a locker at the airport while putting the family in a spin trying to find a mischievous 6 year old. That was a trip I'll never forget! Ted was a very smart student, all the teachers loved him! You will be missed Rest in Peace my Brother Gloria Jean
