BLYDE Gerard Feb 4, 1971 - Feb 15, 2020 Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital aged 49. Predeceased by grandparents Cyril and Lorraine (Ryan) Blyde; mother Rosalind Blyde. Leaving to mourn with loving memories sisters Lillian Blyde and Julie (Danny) Drodge. Beloved nieces Sarah Fagan and Alyssa Fagan. Special nephew Benjamin Drodge. Special cousins Carol Mullins, and Joanne Blyde. Very special friend Amanda who stood by Gerard for many years. Special friends Bobby Green, Keith Tizzard, Amanda Lush, Alicia Butt, Renee Kieley, Gary Tizzard, Danny from Wheelway. His favorite homecare workers Lillian Squires, Chris Tizzard, Kodjo Agbesse, Julie Doyle-Harding. His foster family, Nita and Dave Stone in Cavendish whom he adored with all his heart. Foster brother Paul Eddy. Also leaving a huge circle of Aunts, Uncles, cousins, relatives and friends. A huge heartfelt thank you to the Doctors and nurses of St. Clare's ICU. To his many homecare workers over the years, thank you for your care and devotion. Burial service to take place Tuesday, Feb 18, 2020 at 11:00am at the Anglican cemetery, Kenmount Road.
