Gordon Ryan

It is with heavy hearts that the Ryan Family announce the passing of Gordon Leon (Gordie) Ryan, age 54 years. Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family on Thursday August 2nd, 2018 at the Health Sciences Centre. Predeceased by his parents Margaret and Patrick Ryan. Leaving to mourn his brothers; Frank (Heather), David Ryan and Harold (Janice), sisters; Catherine (Richard) Steele and Mary Ann Ryan. Nephews; Matthew (Lois), Darren (Ashley), Nick (Jessica), Francis (Heather), Harvey and nieces; Victoria and Tessa Ryan as well as the special caregivers and staff who went above and beyond each and every day. The Ryan family would like to extend a special thank-you to the all the medical staff who attended to Gordie. Cremation has taken place and private service will follow at a later time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Vera Perlin Society, Special Olympics, or Mental Health Association. “When someone you love becomes a memory, that memory becomes a treasure"
