Henrietta Philpott

Passed peacefully away on Friday, Oct. 19, 2018 at St. Clares Mercy Hospital surrounded by her loving family, Henrietta Philpott age 92 formerly of Plate Cove East, Bonavista Bay. Predeceased by her husband Robert (2002), her sisters Josephine, Julia, Francis, Sr. Cecilia, Sr. Rosarii and her brothers Joseph and James. Henrietta leaves to mourn with loving memories her six children; Brendan (Wilma), Loyola (Cathy), Kevin, Robert (Elva), Anne Marie Furlong (Mike) and Shirley Buckley (John); grandchildren: Joseph (Kelli), Leah (Mark), Jennifer (Geoff), Michelle (Marc), Stephanie (Lloyd), Maria (Matthew), Laura, Denise (Mike), Sheri, Heather (Terry) Philpott; Michael (Erin) and Matthew (Brittany) Furlong; and two very special grandchildren Julia and Liam Buckley who Henrietta resided with and adored; 19 great-grandchildren and sister-in-law Kathleen Sutton, many nieces, nephews and a great life-long friend Madonna Ryan. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home LeMarchant Road, on Sunday and Monday from 2-9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place from St. Kevin's Church, Goulds on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 10 a.m. with interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Our Family Chain is Broken, and nothing seems the same, But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
