James "Jimmy" Maurice Mackey

Passed suddenly but peacefully, surrounded by family at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, Jimmy, aged 51. Predeceased by his mother and father Jim and Mary Mackey, sister Donna, father-in-law Alfred Ivany, brothers-in-law Jim Power and Jim Devereaux and sister-in-law Carol Ann Mackey. Leaving to mourn his loving wife, Dawn and his treasured daughter Heather (Johnny), the apple of his eye!, his two canine children Archie and Bandit; brother Ricky; sisters Cindy, Gail (Len) Bussey, Rhonda and Cathy (Ches) Smith; mother-in-law Patricia Ivany; brothers-in-law Keith Greaves and Rod Ivany; sisters-in-law Pearl (Ralph) Power, Charlene Ivany, Ann (Doug) Maclellan and Julia (Mike) Ivany; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road, on Thursday from 11am-9pm. Funeral Mass to take place from St. Patrick’s Church on Friday, January 25, 2019 at 9:30am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
