HOLDEN Janet Ann July 23, 1958 - Aug 17, 2019 It is with profound sadness the family of Janet announce her passing after a short 8 month battle with cancer on Saturday August 17, 2019. Janet Ann Holden, aged 61 years was a retired schoolteacher of St. Augustine and Hazelwood schools. Predeceased by her Father: Michael Holden (1986), her Mother: Bridget (2006), Niece: Tammy Kavanagh (1974), Grand-Nephew: Alex Stanley (2009). Leaving to mourn her partner: Darlene Mulcahy; Darlene’s daughters: Katie White (Gurd Purcell & special grandson Patrick); Darci White (Kirk & special step grandson Kaiden Beniot); Sisters & Brother: Bernice Vere-Holloway (Nelson); Pat Holden (Barb); Brenda Kavanagh (Wayne); Nieces & Nephews: Nancy Stanley (Bryce, Brayden), Dennis (Parker), Scott (Grady, Ethan), Michael (Barbara, Jake, Luke), Krista Mulrooney (Mark, Eve, Dane), Kelly (Tyson, Caden, Jase), Patrick (Lisa, Patrick Jr, Shae), Paul Kavanagh and her family on Mainsail Dr., Topsail, and her cat Jojo. Cremation has taken place. Visitation at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road Monday August 19, 2019, 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass to be held on Tuesday August 20, 9:30 am at Corpus Christi Church.
