Judith HAMMOND

HAMMOND (nee Constantine) Judith (Judy) Katherine Nov. 19, 1949 – Feb. 21, 2021 Passed away peacefully at the Palliative Care Unit of the L.A. Miller Center after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Leaving to mourn her three sons: Todd Constantine (Nicole), Bernard Hammond (Denise) and Scott Hammond (Michelle); grandchildren Tyler, Leah and Tanner; sisters Geraldine Sutton and Madonna Lambert; brother Shawn Constantine (Sharon); brother-in-law Ralph Maher; sister-in-law Patricia Gill (Calvin), sister-in-law Mary Blake (Ira), sister-in-law Maureen Probert, brother-in-law William Hammond (Karen). Also leaving to mourn, best friends Maxine Gollop and Joe Farrell; as well as, a large circle of nieces and nephews; and friends and co-workers at MCP who adored her. Judy is predeceased by her parents Steve and Alice; husband Michael; sister Shirley; and brothers Basil and Gerald. Judy wasn’t just our Mother; she was our best friend and our hero! She was a beautiful, kind and caring woman who always put the needs of others before her own. She lived every moment to make sure her loved ones had everything they needed and were happy. Everyone whose life she touched, was a better person for it. Her bright smile, sense of humor and loving nature made every moment spent with her an absolute delight. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be delayed until a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Dr. H.
