Fowler, Leslie James (Jim), 70, of Long Harbour, passed in peace, November 20th, 2018. Predeceased by mother Elizabeth Fowler; foster parents uncle Nicky and Aunt Mary Ann; sisters Margie, Lavina and Gloria; foster siblings Patrick, Katie and Jackie; brothers-in-law Kevin and Junior and parents-in-law Vincent and Catherine Keating. Jim's most cherished part of his life was his family. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 46 years, Marion; children Nick (Carlene), Chad (Tracy), Christy (John), Jennifer (Brian); his 7 grandchildren who were his pride and joy; Erica, Erin, Emma, Jacob, Issac, Vincent and Carter; sisters Shirley (Gerald) and Betty (Herb) and brother-in-law Ron; foster siblings Margaret and sister Jane. After years of searching, he was finally united with sisters Vickie (Cliff) of Fortworth, Texas, and Renee of Virgina Beach, Virgina. Also mourning his loss are a large circle of nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends. Resting at Holloway's Funeral Home, Whitbourne. Visitation Wednesday, Nov. 21 1:00 - 9:00 pm. Thursday, Nov. 22 10:00 am - 12:00 noon. Funeral mass Friday, Nov. 23 at 2:00 pm from St. Jerome's Church, Long Harbour. As an expression of sympathy flowers gratefully declined.
