Lorraine Crummey

CRUMMEY R.N. Lorraine (nee Pieroway) May 27, 1946 – July 6, 2020 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Lorraine Crummey R.N. (nee Pieroway) on July 6, 2020, after a lengthy illness. Predeceased by father: Stanley; mother: Olive; parents-in-law: Frederick and Alfreda; sister: Evelyn; brother: Donald; sister-in-law: Judith. Left to mourn is her loving husband: Frank; sons: Paul (Cheryl), Mark (Joe-Ann); sisters: Shirley (Jack), Carolyn, Constance, Donna (Mark); brothers: Ronald (Vina), Roy, James, and Daniel; grandchildren: Elle, Cole, Jack, and Chase; several nieces, nephews, and scores of friends and colleagues. Lorraine was an extremely caring person and thus her long career in nursing was a natural choice. She leaves multiple fond memories with many; she will be sadly missed by all who knew her. A sincere thank you to all who cared for her during her illness, especially the “Rosemore Home Care” girls and the staff at Glenbrook Lodge. Cremation has taken place, but due to the Covid-19 restrictions, funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
