COADY Maisie (nee Fizzard) Formally of English Harbour, West Passed peacefully away at Chancellor Park surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, June 25, 2019. Maisie Coady age 87 years. Predeceased by her husband: Leo Patrick; son Leo Jr. (2018), sister: Annie Mavin and brother-in-law: George Hill. Leaving to mourn with cherished memories her children: Marilyn (Vernon), Donald (Enda) and Suzanne (Ashley); grandchildren: Jeremy, Tonya, Philip, Shane, Kyle, Donnie(Boob), Shane and Amberlynn; special niece who has been our rock: Yvette Mavin – Wade; sister: Selina Hill; brother-in-law: Randolph Mavin, great grandchildren, extended family and friends. The Coady family would like to extend a heart felt thank you to the staff of the Dialysis Units, the staff from Chancellor Park, especially the kitchen staff for their kind gestures, Mary Bursey, whom was a special friend, who mom dearly loved, Darlene and John who went above and beyond. Your kindness, compassion and care for mom during her stay at Chancellor Park will always be in our hearts. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home 73 Commonwealth Ave., Mt. Pearl on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 from 2:00 -9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. from Barrett’s Chapel Mt. Pearl. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Maisie’s memory to the Health Care Foundation Dialysis Unit.
