Maisie Giles (nee Stokes)

Passed away at the Palliative Care Unit at the Dr. L. A. Miller Centre on February 10, 2019. Predeceased by her mother Minnie; father Johnny; mother-in-law Marguerite; father-in-law Frederick and other family members. Leaving to mourn her husband Freddie; children: Rodney (Nadine), Tina (Frankie), Trevor (Tanya) and Christopher (Vickie); grandchildren: Morgan, Charlie and Amber; brothers: Jimmy (Theresa) and Michael (Angela); sister Joan (Red); brother-in-law Lloyd James; sisters-in-law: Peg, Barbara, Linda and Judy (Reg); as well as a large number of nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. Visitation at Caul’s Funeral Home, Torbay on Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. from St. Francis of Assisi Church, Outer Cove. Inurnment to follow at St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
